About the Role: This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and nurture a love of music in students through creative teaching and dynamic performances. Whether you're an experienced Music Teacher or an NQT, we are looking for someone who is passionate about music education and can bring a fresh perspective to the department. Key Responsibilities: * Encourage students to explore and appreciate a wide range of musical styles. * Prepare students for performances, assessments, and extracurricular music events. * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. * Assess, mark, and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback. * Work collaboratively with the wider school team to enhance the music curriculum. Requirements: * A degree in Music or a related subject. * Experience teaching Music in a secondary school setting. * Ability to engage and inspire students through innovative teaching. * Excellent classroom management and communication skills. * Passionate about encouraging students to reach their full musical potential.
