This includes diagnostic investigation work on our customer sites, and proactively seeking continuous improvements to the equipment and processes.Due to the nature of our branch operations this role will involve being part of a call out rota (averaging 1 in 4), which has a standby allowance plus excellent overtime payment.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential: * Proven experience of working within a technical or manual handling role and must have the aptitude to work on construction sites. * Aware of isolation and safe systems of work requirements. * Must have an eye for problem solving. * A willingness to travel to support business needs. * Full driving license (no more than 6 points) * Over 21 years of age due to insurance purposes * Ability to act proactively, maintaining a methodical, attention to detail approach.Preferred: * Can have a NVQ in a relevant qualification (eg.
