Your Misson

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring we are always showcasing the most enticing, seasonally appropriate and in demand products.

You will provide the sales team with the data and insights to ensure that we always have the current trending products in the market (across all categories) either live or being worked on.

You will oversee the build of numerous email sends using various data sources and KPIs to assist with your decision making

You will line manage 2 team members

The role has significant exposure to the CEO, COO, and numerous other senior executives. You will also cover for the Head of Merchandising Analysis in their absence.

You will show great commercial awareness, strong leadership skills, and a hunger to drive change.

Main responsibilities & duties:

• Oversee numerous email sends (choosing the deals and position, not actually sending the email)
• Leading the visual merchandising of the shopping page, refreshing deals daily, showcasing newness as well as updating tile themes and content subject to seasonality and trade.
• Lead the weekly trade meeting offering insight into deal and category performance, suggesting improvement and trade actions to better revenue performance
• Providing relevant feedback to the sales teams to improve quality of deal submissions
• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth processes across function
• Managing 2 team members carrying out weekly 121, setting objectives and monitoring progression.
