We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on a mobile basis across Manchester on key secure estates. The work will cover PPM and reactive works plus minor works on AHU's, FCU's, pipework, venting, pumps, valves, associated plant room plus general compliance and fabric works.The position is Permanent working circa 40 hrs / week. Monday to Friday days. Salary is up to 38k basic. On-call circa 1 in 10 (£100 standby plus OT). Van supplied etc. Overtime available (x1.5/x2.0) Job Description:Your role will be to cover general Building Services maintenance.
