Mechanical Engineer – Days basedLocation: DentonSalary: £40,000 + Pension + OvertimeShift Pattern - Sunday, 6.00am to 2.30pm, Monday and Tuesday, 6.00am to 6.30pm and Wednesday, 8.00am to 6.30pmReference: 2656/JABThe CompanyAn excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction based products. The company is extremely well established with over 150 years of manufacturing experience and has a global reputation which is second to none in their market place. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced mechanical engineer.The RoleThe company require a mechanical fitter who can work to PPM schedules, working a continental shift pattern. The candidate will have a minimum of a time served mechanical apprenticeship, and ideally have knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and other heavy plant machinery. You will be involved in a variety of projects on site and be the focus from a mechanical point of view of good H&S awareness, PPM systems and process improvement on site.
