They are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their friendly team and work hands-on in a fast-paced environment. The majority of the business is the design and assembly of filling and packaging lines for aerosols within the pharmaceutical industry. Mechanical Design Engineer Responsibilities:Reading and working from mechanical drawingsLayout designEnclosure designConveyor designDuctwork designGeneral mechanical design – sensor bracketry/equipment mounting etc.. Mechanical Design Engineer Required Experience:In-depth knowledge of mechanical design software like CATIA AutoCAD, Solidworks, CREO etc.. Design degree/backgroundFamiliarity with automated production machineryExperience in a multi-faceted environmentSystematic approach to their work with attention to detailTeam playerDesire to improve and develop their skillsAbility to work effectively and efficiently across departments and the shop floor.
