JCB got where it is today because of teamwork, which is reflected in our unique take on construction and agricultural equipment. As Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the team, helping develop on-brand marketing campaigns that are every bit as innovative as our machines. 

Key responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist – JCB Service:

Fundamentally, you’ll be supporting our key sales regions and distribution network to achieve their share of our ambitious 5-year growth plan. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in delivering impactful brand communications across our key markets, working closely with our distribution partners to ensure our messages reach the right customers at the right time.

You will collaborate with our aftermarket product and sales teams, gaining an understanding of our unique and diverse aftermarket parts & service offerings. Working alongside creative, communications, digital marketing and events teams, you will bring your ideas to life and ensure the JCB voice is heard on channels that matter to our customers. You will work closely with our global dealer network to develop the JCB brand and communication strategies to drive business growth.

About you: 

- You are highly creative and skilled at transforming information into clear and compelling marketing messages.

- You have a background in B2B marketing, ideally with a marketing degree, though we welcome candidates who believe they are a great fit.

- You have experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with internal design teams, external agencies and freelancers.

- You are a confident communicator, adept at engaging with senior stakeholders.

- You are highly organised, capable of prioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.

- You have a strong understanding of the creative process, from brief writing to managing content creation.

What You Will Do:

- You will create, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting key growth markets.

- You will deliver both digital and physical communications, ensuring a powerful and enduring message that aligns with the organisational business objectives.

- You will plan, execute, and manage photo and video shoots, producing on-brand content for JCB channels and product literature.

- You will provide marketing support to JCB’s global dealer network, offering expertise and assistance.

- You will support internal and external events, actively promoting JCB’s aftermarket products to our customer base.
