The Role:


We’re looking a Management Accountant to join our Finance team in Pasadena, Hayes!


You'll play a pivotal part in supporting our Senior Management Accountant and the wider finance team of Panavision UK and the Panavision Europe Group.


You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from preparing accurate and timely management accounts to assisting with year-end audits and statutory reporting.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Accountant on monthly management accounts for the group, including intercompany reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports including plans and reforecasts, providing valuable insights for senior management.
  • Manage essential tasks like setting up new supplier accounts and processing payroll payments.
  • Monitor capital expenditure and ensure proper submission of Capex requests.
  • Prepare monthly journals, update trackers, and assist with cash flow forecasting.
  • Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance and compliance.
  • Tackle a range of ad-hoc tasks to support the team's success.

    • What you’ll bring:


  • A qualified or part-qualified Certified Accounting Technician (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • High confidence with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and other accounting software.
  • A keen analyst with the ability to handle high-volume transactions.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail.
