Zenith People are working with our client who are a Manufacturer based in the North-East and are recruiting for a Maintenance Planner/Controller on a permanent basis. 1. Maintenance Coordinator: * Responsibilities: * Delegating maintenance tasks to the team and finding relevant vendors and service providers. * Developing maintenance plans and implementing them. * Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met. * Keeping track of supply and material inventories. * Liaising with Stores to arrange purchasing necessary equipment, tools, or materials. * Updating maintenance logs for all machinery. * Establishing protocols for non-mechanical maintenance. * Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order through regular inspections. * Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement. * Requirements: * Previous experience in a Maintenance Planner role * Apprenticeship/Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Preferred * Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. * Strong communication skills * Leadership experience recommended. * Proficient in Microsoft ExcelResponsibilities: * * * Coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities. * Ensuring equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently. * Providing support to maintenance technicians. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Experience in Maintenance Planning and SchedulingIf you are an experienced Maintenance Planner/Coordinator and would like to apply for this position please click apply now Read More |
