Job description Matchtech Recruitment is proud to collaborate with our client, a distinguished manufacturer of luxury motor yachts, in the search for skilled Maintenance Electricians based in Poole. Our client has been a prominent figure in the luxury motor yacht industry, crafting market-leading products since 1967. Situated and produced in Poole & Portland on England's south coast, our client stands as one of Dorset's largest private employers, with a global distribution network spanning every continent. Driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence, our client has solidified its leading position in the marine industry. We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to bolster the Facilities Team and support operations at the Poole Shipyard site. The ideal candidate will possess an 18th edition certification and will be responsible for maintaining a diverse range of electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as installing and testing electrical circuitry. As a Maintenance Electrician at our client, your duties will include: Our ideal candidate: Our working patterns: Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30 Night Shift | Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30 Weekend overtime opportunities are available. Payrates: £15.05-£16.05p/h PAYE (Skilled) Additionally, employees are entitled to a 30-day holiday period (inclusive of bank holidays). Our client observes two shipyard shutdowns, one in August and the other over Christmas.
