Specialist Ballet Coach Millfield School is seeking a dedicated Specialist Ballet Coach to provide expert RAD Ballet instruction as an integral component of the Millfield Dance Programme. This program involves the active participation of over 100 students, with a choice of 38 weekly sessions. The curriculum covers Classical Ballet from Grades 5-8, encompassing vocational, free, and pointe work classes. The Specialist Ballet Coach will coach across all age groups from year 9 to 13 with a particular focus on our advanced ballet students. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced RAD Ballet Teacher with the ability to inspire and engage students in Classical and Contemporary Ballet through detailed knowledge and a passion for ballet in education. The role is for 8 hours per week. Ballet sessions are held on a Wednesday afternoon 12.30 - 6.30pm, and during one lunchtime session. This is a term time only position, with some flexibility of the days worked. The salary is £6,019.31 per annum (inclusive of statutory holiday pay).
