As our new Legal Services Executive , you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal.

You’ll assist in the handling of flight delay claims (EC Regulation 261/2004) and make accurate compensation payments to customers in line with the Regulation.

Full training is given by our experienced Legal Services team.

  • What you’ll be doing:



  • You’ll respond to pre-action letters from solicitors, customers, and regulatory bodies regarding ineligible claims.
  • You’ll be familiar with our Terms and Conditions, legal obligations, and company procedures.
  • You’ll provide regular, informative feedback to the business as required.
  • You’ll communicate effectively and professionally to our internal and external customers, advisers and suppliers.

  • What you’ll have:



  • You’ll have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You’ll be able to work accurately under pressure and under tight deadlines.
  • Use of claims management systems would be useful but is not essential.
