Private Client Legal Secretary - East London - Up to £30,000 The Role This multi-accredited legal practice is seeking a Legal Secretary who will be responsible for delivering the highest level of service to multiple Exec's in their east London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a niche field and manage relationships with HNW and high-profile clients. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience within the legal field and will need to be proactive and responsible in managing their own workload. Key Responsibilities Opening new files and completing Anti-Money Laundering checks Preparing and drafting documents Inbox management Supporting the Business Development Team with organising and attending meetings and events Diary management and coordination Amending documents Digital dictation Drafting letters of engagement Supporting the billing process and liaising with the finance Key Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional, and able to handle confidential and sensitive information Ability to multi-task and work independently without support Benefits Up to £30,000 depending on experience 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and festive closure Generous pension contribution Excellent work/life balance Perk box discounts Training, and development working alongside a friendly and supportive working culture Apply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone.
