AVA Energy are partnered with a leading renewable developer of Wind, Solar and Energy storage, in supporting the expansion of their Legal department.



Responsibilities:


  • Provide legal support across the entire project lifecycle, from site acquisition and permitting to financing, construction, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure all aspects of the project comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and disputes.


Qualifications:


  • England and Wales qualification.
  • Renewable energy law and project development experience or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental, regulatory, and contract law.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
