Experienced Teaching Assistant - SEND Education SEND SchoolBased in Southend on SeaFull-timeWe are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is dedicated and passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.

The school caters for children and young adults from 5-18 years old with varied SEND needs, such as Autism, SEMH, Severe learning difficulties and Speech and language communication difficulties.

Your role as a Teaching Assistant will be to support pupils on a 1:1 or group basis with their learning development and care needs while at school.

Experience working with children with special educational needs is not essential, as training will be given.

However, experience working within a school-based environment is critical, as you must have basic knowledge and understanding of supporting children within an educational setting.
