Working hours at the school are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.Responsibilities for this Teaching Assistant role will include but not be limited to:Supporting identified students in 1:1, group or whole class situationsWorking with the teachers to ensure each student's learning needs are identified Leading small group sessions and interventions Attending to students' personal needs when requiredSupporting behaviour management and using appropriate strategies in line with academy policyUndertaking learning activities/teaching programmes when neededThe rates of pay for this Learning Support Assistant position will be between £90 to £120 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each candidate.
