As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work in groups to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment while offering students individualised support and assisting them in realising their full potential. The Ideal Learning Support Assistant will have: Experience: It is very beneficial to have prior experience providing educational support, especially in one-on-one and group settings. Possession of a Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification or its equivalentDependability: Your dependability and dedication are crucial, regardless of whether you drive or use public transportation. Real enthusiasm for teaching and assisting pupils in reaching their goals. Adaptability: The capacity to change to suit different learning situations and requirements. A valid driver's licence is ideal, but it's not required if you use public transportation consistently.
