Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading Financial Services organisation on the growth of their Learning and Development team in London. Reporting into the Director, you'll be responsible for full design, delivery and implementation of their learning strategy with a specific focus on senior management training across the UK.

This role is critical in ensuring their team stays ahead of industry trends, learning requirements, and best practices across Financial Services. A track-record of end-to-end design and delivery and expertise enhancing management training is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for all levels of employees, including new hires, experienced professionals, and leadership.
  • Ensure training programs are aligned with the firms strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
  • Develop engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, and instructional guides.
  • Lead and enhance senior management training programme.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring active participation and effective learning outcomes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for specialized training programs as needed.
  • Implement and manage performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional development and career progression.
  • Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to enhance the delivery and tracking of training programs.
  • Stay updated on the latest L&D technologies and trends to continuously improve the firm’s training offerings.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within the financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience designing and leading training programmes for senior management populations.
