Lead Support Tutor 22.20 hour position available (38 weeks term time working)Location: StaffordSalary: £30,145 – £33,311 per annum pro rata (actual £15,478 - £17,257 per annum)In November 2019 Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG) became the first further education provider in England to achieve outstanding grades in every area of Ofsted’s recently reformed Education Inspection Framework (EIF). Our Sixth Form provision has a reputation for high academic achievement and excellenceYou will be responsible for delivering and organising additional learning support to ensure the care and education needs of students with physical and learning difficulties/disabilities are met.You will be a person who can positively engage with a vocational area(s), its Curriculum Leaders, teaching staff, ALS Manager, Group Head of ALS, EHCP Co-ordinator and the Assistant Principal for Student Services and DSL to identify students who require additional support.In close liaison with the Additional Learning Support Manager to carry out Additional Support Initial Interviews and/or EHC plan comments and feedback for prospective and current students.
