Leap29 have an exciting Land Management opportunity available, on behalf of a global IPP that specialise in the development, financing, construction and operation of utility-scale solar PV and BESS assets.
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Land Manager who will be responsible for securing the necessary land agreements to support the development and delivery of high-quality renewable energy projects in the UK.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead activities such as identifying and engaging with potential landowners, undertaking initial feasibility assessments, negotiating Heads of Terms and then leading preparation and registration of land agreements, including leases, options, wayleaves and letters of authority. Other key responsibilities will be managing networks of land agents and engaging with other disciplines such as planning and engineering teams.
