Job description About our Business Unit Our management model separates Resorts from Markets. In this position, you will belong to the EAF Markets, which handles sales in Europe, Africa, and France in over ten countries. Job overview: As a Key Account Manager, you will develop Indirect business (Travel Consortia, Retail, Independents, and MICE partners) within your area, in line with the Club Med strategy. Main missions: 1: Build strong relationships and develop the business with existing key accounts identified within the trade, develop our image as a reliable and upmarket Tour Operator 2: Develop and animate the business, in line with the key sales priorities and the upmarket strategy 3: Ensure professional administration and organization. 4: Identify new areas of business and opportunities to increase the sales of Club Med holiday’s 5: Accountable for the effective management e-distribution within his/her region Skills and competencies we’re looking for: Education level Master’s degree or equivalent. Experience languages You speak fluently in English. French is a plus.
