    • As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join their team. Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

  • Posting job advertisements on various platforms and utilising social media to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the position.

  • Coordinating and conducting interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback.

  • Staying up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practises.


    • Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role.

  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practises.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.

  • A proactive and positive approach to work.
