The Charities Aid Foundation are at an exciting stage of transformation. As we redesign and transition to new digital ways of working, we are looking for exceptional people to join our team. What you’ll do We are seeking an internal communications officer to join our team and be responsible for supporting the Head of Internal Communication in the design and delivery of the internal communication engagement framework. This role will actively support the delivery of internal communication activity through a range of internal communications channels and optimise these to best impact. The post holder will also provide internal comms support and advice for all areas of the organisation. Our ideal candidate is an experienced comms officer who can demonstrate strong written and verbal communications skills, with an eye for detail. You excel at quickly building strong relationships with internal stakeholders acting as advisor and guide, coming up with new ideas and approaches to ensure content gets to the right audience with the impact needed to drive us forward. You should be able to oversee a range of communications initiatives that help build employee engagement guided by our common purpose, vision, values and ways of working. Key responsibilities
