  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of internal audit professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive internal audit plans aligned with business objectives, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and evaluate key risks, ensuring that adequate controls are in place to mitigate these risks effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous internal audit methodologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance their internal controls and processes.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the continuous development of team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

   Qualifications and Experience:
  • Professional Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Experience in internal audit, with a strong background in leading and managing teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in internal audit.
