The Advocate Group is representing a leading, global manufacturer within the Beverage industry, in the search for an experienced, hands-on and operational HR Manager to join the business on an interim basis.



Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate selection, and onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Lead the performance review process, including setting timelines, training managers, and providing guidance on feedback delivery.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning within the organization.
  • Ensure company HR policies are consistently applied and compliant with current labor laws.
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation and address any policy violations effectively


Your Profile


  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist capacity
  • Proven experience in an HR management role, with a strong focus on operational and hands-on responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) being a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling sensitive and complex employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others, with experience in coaching and mentoring managers and employees.
