Hartmann Young have partnered with a global integrated technologies and services business, working with leaders in DNA technology to advance diagnostic science.

They're looking to grow their commercial team in the UK with addition of an Inside Sales Specialist.


You'll report into the Senior Sales Manager and own the relationship with long-term PCR customers, whilst also identifying new business opportunities, ensuring a strong base for regional growth across French-speaking countries.


The role


  • Management of relationships with PCR customers in assigned territories.
  • Expansion of sales opportunities with existing customers and identification/qualification of new opportunities across the company portfolio.
  • Attend relevant scientific events and meetings to keep an awareness of new molecular biological techniques, competitor products and new opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Regional Sales team, Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Support and Supply Chain.

The person


  • 1-2 years' experience selling Genomic Technology / Genomic Software / Genomic tools;
  • fluency in French;
  • previous experience in an inside sales role;
  • UK-based and able to travel to Manchester periodically.
  • NGS experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
