As an Inside Sales Associate for Pharmacovigilance products you will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals within the pharmaceutical industry.


You will be responsible for:


  • Utilising channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry events to generate leads for our pharmacovigilance software solutions
  • Thoroughly qualify leads to ensure alignment with target customer profiles, understanding their unique needs, budget considerations, decision-making processes, and timelines
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of PV Products
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads at various stages of the sales cycle

You will bring the following:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences
  • Previous experience in inside sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare software industry
  • Familiarity with drug safety regulations and compliance requirements, including FDA regulations
