You will be responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure of all their customer base including server, storage, network, data, and applications.Responsibilities:3rd line support- via telephone/email/ticketing systemsTroubleshooting of hardware/software issuesMaintenance and implementation of client infrastructure & serversDiagnosis and resolution of issues and ticketsRegular site visits to customer sites across the Oxfordshire area Skillset:Microsoft Windows Server (Apply online only)Microsoft desktop OS Windows 10 and 11 ProfessionalMacos, Apple IOS, Android (Desirable)MS Active DirectoryDNS, DHCP and network servicesHosted Exchange email servicesOffice 365/Azure/Hybrid including synchronisation.Microsoft Intune and MDMServer Virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware)LAN/VLAN/WAN (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewall)Communications (VOIP, Leased Lines)Dell/HP Server HardwareMSP experience (desirable- NOT beneficial) This is a great opportunity for an experienced Support Engineer with an MSP background to get involved in providing support to SMEs across different industries.
