Looking for a new role where you can put your stamp on it, with possibility to broaden scope and / or real potential to step up into a “Head Of” position and lead a team in the future.
Our business has grown from 80 to 800 employees over the past 6 years, our fibre network footprint has expanded across England and our customer numbers continue to grow 50%+ year on year.
Our Information Technology stack has grown too, as has our supplier list.
We are looking to mature our procurement and a recent restructure has resulted in this new role being created.
As an IT Category Manager you will ultimately develop and implement the procurement strategy that will take us from where we are now to a preferred, cost-effective and value add supplier list that is fit for purpose for our IT needs. Then manage it thereafter.
You will likely be MCIPS, you will bring previous IT Procurement experience and ideally have worked in areas such as licensing.
