MacGregor Black are proudly partnering with a Global Drinks Manufacturing business on the search for a HR Business Partner.

This is a permanent role based in United Kingdom.


As the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivoted role is supporting a domestic external business unit that support the company’s goal and values.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving transformational initiatives, fostering strategic HR partnerships, and championing end-to-end talent development within these key markets.

They will have a solid understanding of local and supporting markets, alongside a solid background in navigating complex global matrix structures.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand organisational objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to drive alignment between business goals and HR initiatives.
  • Develop and implement tailored HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business success.
  • Lead and support transformational initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence, organizational agility, and cultural transformation within the NI and ROI markets.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and change management, partnering with key stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Drive change initiatives to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and adaptability.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop comprehensive talent management strategies.
  • Lead the design and implementation of talent development programs to build leadership capability, enhance employee engagement, and drive performance.
  • Facilitate succession planning, career development initiatives, and performance management processes to cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce.

What are we looking for?


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on business partnering in a global matrix environment.
  • Solid understanding of local and global consumer markets, with a demonstrated ability to translate market insights into HR strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to effectively navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Relevant HR certifications.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
