We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant to join the Trust, based in Sheffield, to work as part of the existing Northern Human Resources team with responsibility for administrative HR functions across Trust sites. With the Trust rapidly growing, this is an exciting time to join us and become part of our team.

As part of a larger Trust Human Resources service, you will be responsible for the undertaking of:

  • routine administrative duties
  • inputting of data onto computer based systems
  • assisting with vetting checks for all new staff
  • maintenance of the human resources filing systems
  • collation of all recruitment and equality and diversity data
  • Experience or a keen interest in the Human Resources function as well as excellent administration and communication skills is a must. A keen eye for detail and accuracy is essential for this role.
