  • Salary: From £ 24,000.00- £26,500 PA plus 5% Performance bonus
  • Experience: 2-3 Years.
  • The position is based in Hayes close to Heathrow and it is On-site

As a Human Resource & Marketing Specialist your Duties & Responsibility  will be:

· Will involve in continued supervision of the company’s recruiting team. This involves a great deal of communication with the team and other departments in order to determine and streamline processes to solve the problems and identify areas in need of improvement.

· Co-ordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities

· Administer employee development, language training and health and safety programs

· Advise and assist other departmental managers on interpretation and administration of personnel policies and programs

· Overseeing the whole recruitment Process

-Digital Marketing on Social Media and online channels

· Conducting interviews Through Job Centers & Council

· Make sure the Selection of the candidate are on time

· Making sure the operations run smooth without any manpower shortage

· Maintain relationship with the Client to ensure staffing goals are achieved

· Coordinate with other department heads in order to anticipate future hiring needs. This will give ample time to plan for those needs and to develop a recruitment strategy in advance

· Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

· Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

· Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, Job Centers, Council, and industry associations

· Completing timely reports on employment activity

  • Minimum of at least 2 years of progressive Human Resource experience in the similar industry.
  • Candidate should have an Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Business management or Human Resource
  • Should be highly flexible and adaptable and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.(Multilingual preferred )
