We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Human Resources Manager - Maternity Cover to join our team here at Bvlgari Hotel London.



Job description


Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager - Maternity Cover, is responsible for ensuring our HR practices are aligned to the needs and the values of the business by providing professional, strategic and tactical services.

The position will be for a fixed term for the purposes of covering a maternity leave.

The expected duration of cover is 12 months.


The role forms part of the management team and the Human Resources Manager will use insight and expertise to advise, influence and execute both the business and people objectives including identifying and executing strategic initiatives that will enable business performance i.

The Human Resources Manager will ensure that all HR requirements in the UK are met and understand the business beyond the HR function to ensure excellent results are achieved.


The Human Resources Manager works closely with the payroll team and has responsibility for the



HR element of our people and payroll system, safeguarding employment terms and conditions, managing colleague benefit schemes and ensuring remuneration packages remain competitive.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and have the agility to change priority quickly as per the demands of the business.




What we are looking for


To be successful in your application you will have already been a Human Resources Manager or similar with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry.


The position demands an experienced HR professional well versed in translating UK employment legislation into best practice policy and procedure with the confidence and ability to balance this knowledge with a pragmatic approach to handling employee relations issues.


Excellent personal presentation and communication skills are vital as the role represents the brand through its leadership status and partners with all levels of the organization and brand to ensure an exceptional colleague experience.

Commercial acumen is necessary in order to demonstrate the credibility required to influence decisions based upon business needs.


We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have a good level of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK.

Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
