Kidd Aitken Legal Marketing is the largest legal marketing consultancy, specialising in legal directory submissions. Our goal is to make legal directory submissions less burdensome and time-consuming for law firms. Our founders are both former editors of Chambers & Partners and are individually ranked in the top 3 legal directory consultants in the world. We have worked with over 200 law firms to date, delivering both first-time and improved rankings for firms of all sizes and sectors in all major directories.

We are recruiting for a new role supporting our HR & Finance Director across all areas of HR and Finance Administration . You can expect a close and supportive one to one working relationship, assisting the director in both managing the day to day and shaping future initiatives. Spending time getting to know every member of our remote team and building relationships remotely will be central to this role. There is real scope to contribute new ideas and new ways of working and whilst you will work closely with the Director, you will be empowered to act and drive things forward independently . You will be responsible for areas including the following;

  • Planning the performance management cycle
  • Maintaining our online HR system
  • Tracking and communicating payroll changes
  • Producing supporting budgetary information
  • Managing recruitment processes including on and off boarding
  • Day to day contact for administrative issues for our teams
  • Creating and maintaining internal systems and policies
  • Researching new projects and supporting their delivery

We are open to more experienced candidates returning from parental leave or making a career change. Although this is a full time role, we are happy to consider part time applicants on a minimum of 3 days. We offer a flexible approach to work and our roles are entirely remote. We are also happy to support study for qualifications in CIPD and/or others where relevant.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a HR Administrator role or equivalent (i.e extensive people management experience) (essential)
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills including use of MS Office tools
  • Proactive attitude to problem solving
  • CIPD qualification desirable

Salary offers are dependent on both candidate experience and level of role offered and can be discussed at interview.
