Anderson Knight have partnered exclusively with a client based in glasgow to recruit a HR Data Analyst to support with a migration project as they implement a new HR System. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, giving the opportunity for an experienced HR Data specialist to support the business as they journey through an exciting transformation.Our client supports hybrid working with 2 days working in the office and 3 days to work from home, in addition there is a competitive benefits package to go along with the salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.Responsibilities: * Assessing current HR data sets and systems. * Cleaning, formatting, and validating HR data to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Mapping data from the old system to the new HR system. * Collaborating with HR and IT teams to understand data requirements and migration processes. * Creating and executing data migration plans and timelines. * Analyse HR data to identify trends and insights, creating reports and dashboards for HR metrics. * Provide actionable recommendations, perform data validation and testing, troubleshoot issues, and conduct data quality checks to ensure migrated data meets requirements and resolves migration-related issues.Skills: * Similar experince in a HR Data Analyst postion * Proficiency in data management and migration tools. * Strong understanding of HRIS and HR data structures. * Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. * Attention to detail and data accuracy. * Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with HR and IT teams. * Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
