We are actively seeking a HR Business Partner - UK & Ireland to align HR strategies with organizational goals, working closely with business leaders. Responsibilities include providing strategic HR guidance, supporting talent acquisition, facilitating employee development, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive work culture.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support long-term objectives.
  • Conduct HR assessments and propose solutions.
  • Align HR policies and initiatives with organizational strategy.
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, development, and succession planning.

Operational HR Support:

  • Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure HR compliance with employment laws and policies.

Change Management and Organizational Development:

  • Lead change management initiatives.
  • Enhance team effectiveness, communication, and collaboration.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track key HR metrics and identify trends.
  • Provide insights into HR performance through reports and presentations.

Requirements, Experience, & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
  • CIPD level 3 minimum or working towards Level 5.
  • >3 - 5 years HR experience
