HR Business Partner 4 days a week office based, 1 day working from home Please note: ideal joining date no later than 1st August (interviews taking place week commencing 17th/24th June) This position will have line management responsibility for three Local People Partners in London, Dubai and Toronto respectively. Our Global People Partnering team: ● Work closely with business leaders and their management teams in shaping and implementing business strategy and the global HR people agenda. The Role: There’s plenty of ambiguity across the business so we need someone who excels in environments that lack structure but at the same time enjoy establishing and building clarity. Strong written and verbal communication skills, an affinity with data, attention to detail and accuracy are essential. The business operates at an incredible pace so we need someone who thrives in this environment but who also has the confidence and capability to know when to challenge diplomatically as well as plan ahead. A proven track record in a HR Business Partner role, ideally within a scale-up/high-growth organisation. Knowledge or experience in the Financial Services sector would be useful. Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities. Experience as HRBP in other countries outside of the UK is essential.
