Jungle Creations is also home to The Wild, an award-winning social-first creative agency that helps brands turn heads and make it matter, specialising in social media management, branded content, production, influencer, and performance marketing.

Position

This is a 12-month FTC role.

As an HR Business Partner (HR BP) you will support the HR Director (HRD) and the COFO in driving the HR agenda, providing effective, operational and strategic HR support to a growing media venture. The HR Business Partner will strategically partner and oversee a business unit of between 50-100 employees. The role will suit someone who is looking to expand their HR experience and progress in their HR career within the media industry.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Partner – Support HRD/COFO in driving alignment between HR strategy and business goals, identifying gaps and recommending changes to improve employee experience and reduce business risk;

· Employee Relations – Provide practical and effective HR solutions on employee related issues in line with employment law and Company policies. Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances and absences; Oversee bi-annual reviews for all employees’ and performance improvement processes for the relevant business unit.

· Benchmarking – Support HRD/COFO in annual benchmarking exercises to ensure the business remains competitive and supports a reduction in turnover.

· Policy - Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes;

· Reward & Benefits - Provide advice on current and existing benefits for employees; Evaluate current benefits and source future benefits to support employee engagement and business growth. Support annual pay reviews and quarterly bonus/commission payments.

· Mobility – Manage the end-to-end process for mobility moves including third party vendor liaison, immigration/ visa administration and tax guidance for the relevant business Unit.

· Metrics – Work with the HR team to analyse metrics on turnover, retention rates and attendance information for the relevant business units; Carry out annual gender pay reports and facilitate engagement surveys.

· Training – Lead and facilitate management training sessions, act as a coach to increase management effectiveness and confidence. Identify skills gaps, source and oversee internal and external training courses as required to support employee development.

· Values – serve as a champion for the company values and initiatives.

· Other HR Related duties as assigned.

Background and experience:

· Preferably a CIPD qualified HR professional with prior HR Business Partner generalist experience.

· Have a track record of efficiently and cost effectively supporting senior managers and staff in day-to-day HR matters, including facilitating people management best practice, employee well-being and maintaining a positive working and employee culture.

· Have successfully helped to deliver numerous HR projects, with proven experience in change and conflict management.
