Eden Scott is supporting a client seeking a full-time, permanent People Partner to join their Aberdeen team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building organisational and people capability, shaping and implementing effective HR strategies, and providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic HR advice ensuring legal compliance and guidance on disciplinary, grievance, and absence processes.

  • Collaborate with managers to address performance issues, drive performance management cycles, and foster a high-performing culture.

  • Support management in identifying staffing needs and coordinating recruitment efforts.

  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies and legal guidelines.

  • Conduct thorough investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues.

  • Oversee HR processes with HR, payroll, and logistics teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Implement performance review processes, document training needs, and support ongoing performance management.

  • Optimise HR information systems for accurate data delivery and maintain data integrity.

  • Manage the employee life cycle in collaboration with global HR teams.

  • Produce monthly HR metrics, develop dashboards, generate reports, and participate in global HR projects.


  • Desired Experience & Skills:


  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.



  • Relevant experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a global organization.



  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and employee benefits.



  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities across all stakeholder levels.



  • Effective at influencing and networking within the organisation.



  • Ability to prioritise tasks during high-volume periods and manage changing priorities.



  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel (formulas & V-lookup), Microsoft Office, and HR Information Systems, particularly SAP.
