A leading provider of marketing and communications in the UK is looking for an HR Advisor in Warrington. Along with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, you will also receive 24 days holiday (plus BH), a pension scheme, free EAP service and access to a benefits platform. Working as part of a shared services HR team across two UK sites, you will be responsible for delivery of a full range of human resource services working alongside the HR and Management teams ensuring the smooth running of the day to day function with specific focus on the end to end recruitment process, induction, orientation, training and identifying current and future requirements to support managers in people management through data analysis and one to one communication. What you’ll do as HR Advisor? Build strong relationships and regularly communicate with the management team on human resource related issues and escalate when appropriateContribute to the development HRIS systemUpdate and maintain the Information System data ensuring accuracy of new starters / leavers, T&A and changes in employees’ details during employment;Compile through HRIS data monthly management reports; and explore areas of ongoing improvement;Drive business performance in partnership with the management team and aligned to the organisation’s objectivesRoll out policy and process training to ManagersPartner with line managers to review employee relations, resourcing, performance and absence management and attend employee relation meetings with managers when required and appropriateLiaise with third when required including Occupational Health, Benefits providers, agencies etcHandle all matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirementsCarry out formal consultations when required, but not limited to TUPE, redundancies, welfare meetings etcDrive and co-ordinate the end to end recruitment and selection processesAdminister the new starter process and ensure all processes are adhered to including right to work in the UK, references and DBSManage the new starter induction process and carry out induction and  ISO compliance training for new startersWork with team to review Company Policies and Procedures in line with employment legislationMake recommendations to drive positive change throughout the businessParticipate in all human resource related projects including review of handbook and policiesSupply information for compliance audits and tenders when requestedParticipate in the health & safety committee meetings and support H&S processesMaintain CPD requirement as requested by professional body (CIPD)We’re looking for a HR Advisor with:Ideally CIPD level 5 or working towardsExperience in HR information systems including,  inputting, and compiling data report writing etcKnowledge and experience of best practice on recruitment and selectionAbility to manage the employee lifesycle including recruitment and onboarding and maintaining the HRIS systemKnowledge of human resource policies and procedures Adhere and drive all compliance requirements and company policiesExcellent verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group Excellent written communication skills to produce correspondence and reports The ability to research, analyse and reason logically within timeframesExperience of working effectively in teams Ability to identify development needs Experience in providing advice and support to managersExperience in implementing new initiativesMaintains confidentiality at all timesPresentation skills (for training purposes)Computer literate on all MS programmesFlexible and adaptable to support Warrington on an adhoc basis.You will be working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30.To apply for this role as HR Advisor, please click apply online and uplaod an updated copy of your CV. N.B All employment will be subject to satisfactory DBS check, employment references and confirmation of right to work in the UK Despite our best efforts it is not always possible to respond to every application individually due to the high volume of responses we receive on each vacancy Only candidates who are short listed will be contacted for this particular role and if you have not heard from us within 7 days please assume that you have not be successful.
