The CMA HR Division are currently assisting a prestigious client based in Southampton, Hampshire to recruit a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation and positive culture to assist the HR Manager with the administration and projects for the HR Division. The aim of the role is to create a first-class employee experience while looking at continuous training and development.

What will HR Advisor role involve?

Recruitment & selection administration, including accurate and efficient reference checking
Monthly payroll & benefits administration
Learning & development programmes, including the booking of courses
Performance management, through timely employee surveys and appraisal/coaching programmes
Employee engagement and employee relations
Wellbeing programmes - coordination of staff gifts and communication of staff events
People analytics; timely monthly and quarterly P&D KPI reporting.

Suitable Candidate for HR Advisor vacancy:

Strong HR Administrative skills, including on-boarding and contract admin
Ideally CIPD Level 3 or above or studying towards
Excellent IT skills, comfortable in a ‘paperless’ office
