Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division are excited to be working with a highly successful, fast growth specialist Business Service company based in Castleford who are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing HR team.This role reflects the organic growth and success of this ambitious, multi-site business and will operate as part of the support and delivery for the HR team whilst reporting into the HR Operations Director.Your role will include:• Providing Senior Management with advice around employment law issues• Improving company policies, procedures and templates• Completing pre-employment checks and onboarding• Producing offer letters and contracts• Providing support to hiring managers in formal meetings• Using Employee metrics system to input and record data• Taking a lead on all day-to-day ER• Involvement with the Learning and Development strategyBenefits include:• 25 Days Annual Leave• Pension Scheme• Free onsite car parking• Career Development The ideal candidate will have proven success in their career as a HR Advisor and will be able to work confidently under pressure.
