About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting people? The Sheffield College are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our dynamic People Operations Team on a full time basis. This is a rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to build strong working relationships with key Managers across the College and their teams all while supporting future, current and past employees.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Recruitment and selection including the completion of pre-employment checks
  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance
  • Managing new starters and leavers
  • Handling of employee contracts and personal changes
  • Data input
