Job description
You will be responsible for a new service where you will oversee the day to day management of the accommodation services and a number of dispersed properties within the community. You will be responsible for setting up, developing and managing of our hostel services and dispersed accommodation within the Coventry area. You will be responsible for staff management, including day and night staff, and development responsibility for the services operating across Coventry. The aim of the services is to actively enable vulnerable adults to live healthy, happy independent lives within communities through early targeted prevention,personalised support and partnership working.
