To provide excellent homelessness prevention advice and assistance to customers on a range of housing solutions, including social housing, shared ownership, low-cost home ownership, disabled adaptations, mediation, supported housing and the private rented sector. This position will be located in Northampton, full time hours 37 per week Monday to Friday paying £16. 50 per hour PAYE; which is equivalent to £31,746 salary or £22 per hour through an umbrella. They are looking for the following:• Strong communication and organisational skills. • Knowledge of housing law and data protection. • Experience in housing, customer service, or advocacy. • Experience with housing allocations and case management systems.
