We are on the hunt for an exceptional Hospitality Manager to join a dynamic team at a wonderful creative arts and hospitality venue in South London.



As Hospitality Manager, you'll lead the guest experience team, inspiring all to deliver world-class service and magic moments for guests.

Key responsibilities:



  • Lead day-to-day hospitality operations
  • Ensure seamless, high-quality hospitality service from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the Bars Manager for a unified team approach.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.
  • Generate secondary spend through merchandise and immersive moments.
  • Train and develop the guest experience team.
  • Schedule staff using Fourth and manage payroll sign-offs.
  • Uphold food safety and health guidelines.
  • Assist in recruiting and cultivating a top-notch team.


What we are looking for:



  • 5+ years in hospitality, with 3+ years in a management role
  • Experience in high-volume events or similar settings.
  • Inspirational leadership and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, finance, and IT tools (G Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Ability to embody and positively promote vision and values


  • Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 (desirable)
  • Personal license holder (desirable)
  • Experience with Fourth and PointOne systems (desirable)
  • Training in conflict management, fire safety, first aid, and de-fib (desirable)
