Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Temporary & Permanent Positions Grade 8 Point 2124 - GBP33,024 - GBP36,648 (FTE) 32.5 hours per week / 39 weeks per year I am supporting the recruitment of a fantastic SEN School who are looking to add to their amazing team. This role is permanent and full time, term time only. As multi-disciplinary practitioners, they hold high expectations and a community wide commitment to supporting the development of their young people, with a wide range of learning difficulties, ranging from moderate to severe/profound and complex, including SEMH and ASC. Within the role you will work as part of the team in meeting students at their point of need. Experience of working within a restorative culture and utilising strategies in supporting students with profound and complex, sensory, social and emotional needs and Autism is an advantage. The purpose of this role is to complement their teaching team by leading and delivering learning objectives to their students to enable progress in accordance with their EHCP and curriculum. As part of the role you will have responsibility for a group of students where you would be co planning and working closely with the teaching team.
