In this role, your key responsibilities as a HLTA will be based in and around the classroom, supporting the class teacher. This will include making sure correct behaviour is adhered to at all times, working with small groups and 1:1 interventions. A successful candidate will also be required to cover classes in the absence of a class teacher as well as plan and run their own interventions with specific groups of children.
