They must contribute to the school's nurturing, community-focused ethos. Additionally, they must demonstrate exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. The role requires showing initiative, adaptability, and the ability to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and More Able and Talented (MAT) students.
