You will be the expert voice, guiding and inspiring teams while implementing best practices. If you thrive on autonomy and have a knack for identifying and driving improvements, this role is for you!Who We’re Looking For:Proven ability to influence and engage teams, promoting positive H&S behaviors.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to secure buy-in from all levels.Detail-oriented with a successful track record in managing multiple projects.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.A true Champion for HSEQ, driving your agenda across the business.NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver health and safety strategies, ensuring company-wide best practices.Lead all day-to-day H&S matters, maintaining and improving HSEQ management systems.Provide expert health and safety advice and knowledge across the group.Adopt a continuous improvement methodology, proactively identifying opportunities for change.Manage insurance claims and third-party relationships.Develop policies, standards, and training to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.Ensure business safety, health, and environment compliance (ISO, COSHH, LOLER, PUWER).Are you ready for a role where your knowledge and opinion are valued?
